The RA Recovery Plan Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long will it take for my symptoms to subside?

A: Individual responses vary. Some clients experience a reduction in symptoms in less than two weeks and a complete recovery in as little as 6 weeks. Some factors that affect response time: how long have you been suffering from RA? are you currently taking immunosuppressant drugs? how long have you been on them? how committed are you to making the changes required to recover? It's also important to note that The RA Recovery Plan is a multi-faceted approach that includes dietary changes as well as gut-healing and a detox process. Gut-healing and detox times will vary from person to person depending on how much healing and detox is needed.

Q: Can I expect to be able to go off my medicines?

A: Many clients do stop or reduce medications because their RA and their health improve so dramatically. I cannot advise on medications, that is between you and your doctor. If you are currently taking prescription medications, please continue to do so until your doctor advises otherwise.

Q: I'm interested in the VIP Email Q&A with Cat. How does that work?

A: The VIP Email Q & A is available to a limited number of VIP (and pre-enrollment) members on a first come, first served basis. Here's how it works: each and every week, beginning as soon as you enroll/pre-enroll, you may email me (Cat) your top 3 questions/concerns/challenges. I will respond within 3-4 days with specific information and recommendations. You may do this each and every week. This service is available for the 8 weeks of the program (plus additional pre-enrollment weeks, if applicable). As soon as you enroll or pre-enroll, you may start emailing Cat.

Q: Do you (Cat) take any medications for RA?

A: I do not. For seven years now I have controlled my RA with diet and lifestyle intervention. I have been flare-free during that entire time.

Q: Have others used this program with success?

A: Yes! I have been working in private practice with clients since early 2012. Hundreds of clients have gone through the same program of recovery I used for myself and have experienced great success. Many of my RA clients have been able to go off their medications, others have avoided starting meds altogether, and still others have delayed or avoided surgery. I have used this same program for clients with autoimmune diseases such as Sjogren's Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, as well with individuals needing to lose weight and with those just wanting to optimize their good health. .

Q: Is the RA Recovery Plan a cure for Rheumatoid Arthritis?

A: That depends on your definition of "cure". If you mean, can The RA Recovery Plan permanently relieve your RA symptoms and prevent joint damage, then yes, it's a cure. If you mean, can you go on The RA Recovery Plan for a few months, recover, and then go back to old diet and lifestyle habits and stay recovered, then no. The RA Recovery Plan is a step-by-step process of recovery followed by a maintenance plan that lasts indefinitely.

Q: I don't have Rheumatoid Arthritis, can The RA Recovery Plan still help me?

A: Absolutely! The RA Recovery Plan is a total diet and lifestyle plan that reduces chronic inflammation, heals the gut, and supports the body's proper detoxification systems. More and more scientific research supports the idea that chronic disease results from a combination of inflammation, poor gut health, and toxic burden. This plan can help anyone with inflammatory conditions to recover their health, and will help those already in good health to maintain and improve their health. I have used this same program for clients with autoimmune diseases such as Sjogren's Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, as well with individuals needing to lose weight and with those just wanting to optimize their good health.

Q: How long did it take you to recover?

A: I experienced a reduction in my symptoms in 2 weeks and complete recovery in about 8 weeks. I went from being unable to hold a coffee mug, walk up a flight of stairs, or shampoo my hair, to doing yoga, running my business single-handedly, caring for my son solo, and hiking mountains in Colorado.

Q: Should I stop my meds before I go on the program?

A: You should not make any changes to your medications without your doctor's approval.

Q: I follow a vegan diet, can I do the program?

A: Absolutely! The RA Diet is heavy on plant foods. Consuming animal protein is entirely optional and not at all required for success.

Q: Can I ask Cat questions during the program if I get "stuck"?

A: If you choose the VIP membership you will have Email Q & A access to Cat for the duration of the program. This VIP access is also extended to all those who pre-enroll before The RA Recovery Plan launches. The VIP Email Q & A is available to a limited number of VIP (and pre-enrollment) members on a first come, first served basis.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee?

A: I am extremely confident in the ability of these measures to offer life-changing results. However, it's not possible to offer a guarantee in terms of your health. I do, however, offer a 60-day conditional satisfaction guarantee for the program. If you are not satisfied with The RA Recovery Plan, you may request a full refund. But there's a caveat, you have to do the full program and you must complete, and show, ALL of the work. Only by fully investing in this program can you expect results.
