I'm anticipating one of THOSE weeks so I whipped up a batch of my "healthy Nutella" to get me through. This stuff is the STUFF. Seriously, it'll cure what ails ya every time, especially if what ails ya is a crazy busy, emotionally challenging day or week or month. Stir together in a bowl:
1/2 cup raw almond butter
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
