Ever find yourself so short on time that you forget to eat? Yeah, me too. That's why I always keep bags of frozen fruit in my freezer and several bags of super food powders in my pantry. With these ingredients, and my favorite coconut milk or coconut water, I can always whip up a quick "meal" in a glass even if I'm on the run. I refer to these drinks as "functional" smoothies to differentiate them from the sugar-laden gloppy goo that many people have come to associate with "smoothie". Happy blending!
