Wellness Sessions are right for you if:

  • you have pesky symptoms you can't seem to beat- bloating after meals, skin irritations or acne, headaches, fatigue, stiff joints...
  • you have been diagnosed with (or have a family history of) autoimmune disease such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Celiac Disease, etc
  • you want to learn to prepare simple, easy, nutritious recipes
  • you need help with meal planning, shopping lists, recipes and kitchen tips
  • you want to learn how to safely do a detox/cleanse
  • you want to take your fitness to the next level and maximize the benefits of your workouts
  • you have general questions about nutrition and/or wellness
  • you have been advised by your health care provider to make a diet change and don't know where to begin
  • you want to go gluten-free or vegan and need support and information to do it right

Wellness sessions are 45 minutes each and include one week of email support following your appointment. Upon receipt of your payment we will contact you to schedule your appointment and to send you an intake form to fill out.
